Machined aluminum front retainer covered by contoured
cork ring (supplied). 'V' threaded body 3.975" long. Body I.D.
.620". Supplied with two
locking nuts with 'O' ring between bearing on a machined slip ring. Slip
ring is machine contoured inside and out and is designed not to tilt
when nut tightens down. Optional Removable Fighting Butt is available. Available in Back or Gray anodized finish.
Designed primarily for use with heavier
fly reels. Black anodized for corrosion resistance in salt water
applications. U7 has square cut threads, two heavy duty knurled lock
nuts separated by a compressible 'O' ring. U6 has 'V' cut threads and
the second lock nut and slip ring are combined with the 'O' ring
embedded in the slip ring. Body has milled section to accommodate the
larger reel foot. Both units supplied with removable butt plug. Body
I.D. .584. Assembled.

Small diameter metal seat designed for
saltwater use. Machined aluminum front retainer covered by contoured
cork ring (supplied). 'V' threaded body 3.940" long. Supplied with two
locking nuts with 'O' ring between bearing on a machined slip ring. Slip
ring is machine contoured inside and out and is designed not to tilt
when nut tightens down. Optional fighting butt is available either in a
permanent fighting butt which is glued into the seat or with just the
cork fighting butt which is glued onto the blank. Available in Back or Gray anodized finish.

A smaller version of the U-28. this all aluminum seat features a
mortised body for secure placement of reel foot. Delrin liners in
retainer and slip ring to protect surface of reel foot, a conical slip
ring and tow lock nuts. O.D. .750” I.D. .586” Overall length 4.3”
Available in Black or anodized gray finish. Optional fighting butt
