Sage ZXL Fly Rod Blanks
All NEW! for 2008 Sage's ZXL fly rod blanks.
ZXL blanks are significantly lighter,
stronger and easier to cast for everyone who enjoys the relaxed
casting rhythm of a progressive action fly rod. Sage actually calls it
a marriage between their exclusive G5 process and their silky-smooth
SLT Series. The G5 process allows every gram of unnecessary material
to be removed from the blank, and replaces traditional glass hoop
fibers with lighter, more responsive graphite.
ZXL blanks provide anglers with an
incredibly high line feel and response, resulting in intuitively
better casting. The ZXL is a dream come true on the water. The
incredibly smooth, progressive action flexes throughout the blank.
