Spey Rod Handle Kits

These spey grips are of the Super quality. The fore grip is 13.5" in length, O.D. 1.122, I.D. 0.437". The rear grip is 5.5" in length, O.D. 1.22", I.D. 0.437".

23 3/4" over all length, 5 1/2" rear cork grip, 13 1/2" fore grip with Struble U16 spey reel seat. The U16 uses modified "V" threads. Slip ring is knurled and contoured for good grip and incorporates an embedded 'O' ring cushion. A single lock nut locks the slip ring. The front retainer is machined aluminum designed to be exposed. Some assembly is required. Available in black finish only with walnut or cocobolo wood insert.  Kit comes with assorted sizes of rubber winding checks.

The U28 is an all metal spey seat which features delrin inserts for reel foot scratch protection in both the slip ring and retainer. The seat is complete with two locknuts and a slip ring that has radiuses knurls and a mortised body for better reel foot placement. The front cork grip has an inlet to accept the recessed front hood of the reel seat. Reel Seat specs: body O.D. .860", length 4.25", body I.D. .720" Available in black anodized finish only. Kit comes with an assortment of rubber winding checks.
